Returns Policy
If you are, for some reason, unhappy with your purchase we can offer a refund within 15 days of delivery. We require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original packaging and labelling attached. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible by emailing enquiries@milume.co.uk with the order details, including reference code. We recommend asking for Proof of Postage as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. When the item arrives back with us we will credit you with the full retail amount. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund postage costs unless the item is faulty.
Please note: If we receive your returns in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund, we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. MiluMe.co.uk reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only items which milume.co.uk can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, outlined above and within the 15 days time limit (unless otherwise organised). MiluMe.co.uk will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.
Cancellation Policy
Once the order has been processed you have the right to cancel the order up to the point of despatch. We recommend letting us know within 24 hours to ensure cancellation. Please contact us at enquiries@milume.co.uk with details of your order including the reference code. We will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation. Any payments made by you will be refunded within 30 days.
